These Terms of Service ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("you", "your", "the user") and Walsh London Ltd ("WLL", "we", "us", "our"), a company registered in England and Wales, company number 16949730. By accessing or using our website or any of our mobile applications, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, you must not use our services.
1. Eligibility
You must be at least 13 years of age to use our services. If you are aged 13–17, you may only use our services with the consent of a parent or legal guardian, and that parent or guardian agrees to be bound by these Terms on your behalf. We reserve the right to terminate access for any user we reasonably believe does not meet these eligibility requirements.
2. Our Services
WLL provides a website at walsh.london offering information about our consultancy services, and publishes mobile applications on the Apple App Store and Google Play Store. Our apps may include games, utilities, sports platforms, and other software products. The specific features, functionality, and availability of each app may vary and are subject to change without notice.
We make reasonable efforts to ensure our services are available and functioning correctly, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted, error-free, or secure access at all times. Services may be temporarily unavailable due to maintenance, updates, server issues, or circumstances beyond our control.
3. Accounts and Registration
Certain features of our apps may require you to create an account or provide personal information. Where this applies, you agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information, and to keep it up to date. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of any account credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. You must notify us immediately at app.support@walsh.london if you suspect any unauthorised use of your account.
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate any account at our discretion, including where we reasonably believe you have violated these Terms.
4. Acceptable Use
You agree not to use our services to:
- Violate any applicable law, regulation, or third-party rights
- Upload, transmit, or distribute any content that is unlawful, defamatory, obscene, fraudulent, harmful, threatening, or otherwise objectionable
- Attempt to gain unauthorised access to our systems, servers, networks, or other users' accounts
- Interfere with or disrupt the integrity or performance of our services
- Reverse-engineer, decompile, disassemble, or otherwise attempt to extract the source code of our software, except where expressly permitted by applicable law
- Use automated scripts, bots, scrapers, or similar tools to access or interact with our services without our prior written consent
- Exploit bugs, glitches, or design flaws in our apps to gain an unfair advantage, manipulate in-app economies, or duplicate virtual items or currency
- Impersonate any person or entity, or misrepresent your affiliation with any person or entity
- Use our services for any commercial purpose not expressly authorised by us
We reserve the right to investigate and take appropriate action — including suspending or terminating your access and reporting to law enforcement — against anyone who, in our sole judgement, violates this section.
5. Intellectual Property
All content, design, code, graphics, logos, trademarks, text, audio, video, game mechanics, virtual items, and other materials forming part of our website and apps (collectively, "WLL Content") are owned by or licensed to Walsh London Ltd and are protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws of England and Wales and international treaties.
You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use our services for your personal, non-commercial use only. This licence does not include the right to copy, modify, distribute, sell, lease, sublicence, or create derivative works from any WLL Content, in whole or in part, without our prior written permission.
All rights not expressly granted in these Terms are reserved by WLL.
6. User Content
Where our services allow you to submit, upload, or share content (including but not limited to usernames, profile information, feedback, competition entries, or in-app submissions), you retain ownership of your original content. However, by submitting content through our services, you grant WLL a worldwide, royalty-free, non-exclusive, perpetual licence to use, reproduce, modify, adapt, and display that content for the purposes of operating, improving, and promoting our services.
You represent and warrant that any content you submit does not infringe the intellectual property or other rights of any third party, and that you have all necessary rights and permissions to grant the licence described above.
We reserve the right to remove any user content that we consider to be in violation of these Terms or that is otherwise objectionable, without prior notice.
7. In-App Purchases and Virtual Items
Our apps may offer in-app purchases, including but not limited to virtual currency, virtual goods, premium features, subscriptions, and other digital items ("Virtual Items"). All in-app purchases are processed through the Apple App Store or Google Play Store and are subject to the respective platform's terms and payment policies.
Virtual Items have no real-world monetary value and cannot be exchanged, refunded, or redeemed for real currency, goods, or services, except where required by applicable law. Virtual Items are licensed to you on a limited, personal, non-transferable, revocable basis — they are not your property.
We reserve the right to manage, modify, adjust, or remove Virtual Items at any time, with or without notice, including altering their functionality, pricing, or availability. We shall not be liable to you or any third party for exercising these rights.
Refund requests for in-app purchases must be directed to Apple or Google, as applicable, in accordance with their refund policies. WLL does not directly process payments for in-app purchases and has an extremely limited ability to issue refunds, if any.
8. Subscriptions
Where our apps offer subscription-based services, the subscription will automatically renew at the end of each billing period unless you cancel before the renewal date. You can manage and cancel subscriptions through your Apple App Store or Google Play Store account settings. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period — no partial refunds are provided for unused portions of a subscription period, except where required by applicable law.
We reserve the right to change subscription pricing. Where we do so, we will provide reasonable notice, and the new pricing will take effect at the start of your next billing period following the notice.
9. Third-Party Services and Links
Our services may contain links to third-party websites, services, or content that are not owned or controlled by WLL. We are not responsible for the content, privacy practices, or availability of any third-party services. Your use of third-party services is at your own risk and subject to those third parties' own terms and policies.
Our apps may integrate with third-party services including, but not limited to, analytics providers, advertising networks, cloud infrastructure providers, and payment processors. These integrations are governed by the respective third party's terms of service and privacy policies.
10. Disclaimer of Warranties
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, our services are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis, without warranties of any kind, whether express, implied, or statutory, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, title, and non-infringement.
Without limiting the foregoing, WLL does not warrant that:
- Our services will be uninterrupted, timely, secure, or error-free
- The results obtained from using our services will be accurate or reliable
- Any defects or errors in the services will be corrected
- Our services will be free from viruses, malware, or other harmful components
- Any content or data you store within our services will not be lost, corrupted, or damaged
You acknowledge that you use our services at your own risk and discretion.
11. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, WLL, its directors, employees, agents, and affiliates shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits, revenue, data, goodwill, or other intangible losses arising from or in connection with:
- Your access to, use of, or inability to use our services
- Any conduct or content of any third party on or related to our services
- Unauthorised access to or alteration of your data or transmissions
- Any bugs, viruses, or other harmful code that may be transmitted through our services
- Loss of or damage to Virtual Items, in-app progress, game data, or account information
- Any reliance on information or content provided through our services
In any event, WLL's total aggregate liability to you for all claims arising from or related to these Terms or our services shall not exceed the greater of (a) the amount you have paid to WLL in the twelve (12) months preceding the claim, or (b) £100.
Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits our liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation, or any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited under the laws of England and Wales.
12. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless WLL, its directors, employees, agents, and affiliates from and against any and all claims, liabilities, damages, losses, costs, and expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising out of or in any way connected with your access to or use of our services, your violation of these Terms, your violation of any third-party rights, or any content you submit through our services.
13. Availability and Modifications
We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of our services — including any app, feature, or content — at any time, with or without notice, and without liability to you. This includes the right to remove apps from the App Store or Play Store, shut down servers, or end support for any product.
We may release updates to our apps from time to time. Some updates may be required for continued use. Where updates are distributed through the App Store or Play Store, they are subject to the respective platform's update mechanisms and policies.
14. Termination
We may terminate or suspend your access to our services immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason, including if you breach these Terms. Upon termination, your right to use our services ceases immediately. Any provisions of these Terms that by their nature should survive termination shall survive, including but not limited to intellectual property provisions, disclaimers, limitations of liability, and indemnification.
You may stop using our services at any time. If you wish to delete your account (where applicable), please contact us at app.support@walsh.london.

16. Governing Law and Disputes
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes arising from or in connection with these Terms or your use of our services shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid or unenforceable by a court of competent jurisdiction, the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect. Our failure to enforce any right or provision of these Terms shall not constitute a waiver of that right or provision.
17. Changes to These Terms
WLL reserves the right to update or modify these Terms at any time. Material changes will take effect no earlier than 30 days after we have informed you via a notice within the relevant app(s), on the website, or by other reasonable notification method. Your continued use of our services after the effective date of any changes constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms. If you do not agree with any changes, you must stop using our services.
18. Entire Agreement
These Terms, together with our Privacy Policies and any additional terms applicable to specific apps or features, constitute the entire agreement between you and WLL regarding your use of our services. They supersede any prior agreements, communications, or understandings between you and WLL on this subject matter.
